Force Test / A&R ProgramOpen Year-Round

The Force
Test.

Accepting Submissions

Our formal A&R evaluation program. We read every submission. We respond to every submission. We sign three artists at a time — and we only open a slot when we’re certain we can run the campaign properly.

The Force Test is not an open call. It’s an honest evaluation of fit — for us and for you. If it’s not right, we’ll tell you why.

01 / What You Get

Full label apparatus.

Everything runs in-house. No outsourced strategy, no third-party creative.
01 / A&R

Artist Development.

Long-form A&R over multi-year arcs. Song development, identity work, and release readiness built around your timeline — not ours.

02 / Release

Release Strategy.

Window planning, single architecture, DSP pitching, editorial placement, and sync representation. One operating system, start to finish.

03 / Creative

Creative Direction.

Photography, art direction, motion, and visual world-building. One director per artist, built in residence — not pulled from a roster of freelancers.

02 / Process

How it works.

Response within 14 days. Always.
01
Submit

Fill out the form below. Include two to three recordings that represent your best and most recent work.

02
First Listen

One of our A&R team listens within 14 days. Every submission gets a real read — not a template rejection.

03
Conversation

If we hear something, we reach out for a conversation. No pitch deck required. Just an honest exchange.

04
Decision

We move quickly when we're certain. Offer, terms, and timeline within two weeks of the final conversation.

03 / Criteria

What we’re looking for.

We sign writers first. Voice, perspective, and a relationship with the song matter more than platform numbers. We work in pop and singer-songwriter forms — artists who have something specific to say and a way of saying it that’s entirely their own.

Located anywhere — we work globally, Brooklyn and London based
