03 / Services — In-HouseNo Outsourced Strategy

What we
run.

Every release ships through one operating system — A&R, creative direction, release strategy, and rights, run by the same hands from first demo to post-release.

Nothing is outsourced. No third-party marketing agencies, no freelance-assembled campaigns. The team that signs you runs your record.

01 / A&R

Artist Development.

We sign small and stay close. Long-form A&R, song development, identity work, and release readiness over multi-year arcs. We work on the artist's clock, not the label's.

02 / Release

Release Strategy.

Window planning, single architecture, DSP and editorial pitching, and the small details that keep a campaign in pocket. Built for each record, not pulled from a template.

03 / Creative

Creative Direction.

Photography, art direction, motion, and the visual world a record lives inside. One director per artist, built in residence — not assembled from a vendor list.

Rights & Metadata.

Ownership-first deals, clean metadata, splits administration, sync representation, and a rights desk that answers same-day.

In PracticeHow each discipline actually works
01 / A&R

Artist Development.

Every artist on the roster has a dedicated A&R relationship built over years, not project cycles. We attend sessions, we hear the demos, we know what the record is supposed to be before the first note is cut for real.

02 / Release

Release Strategy.

We design campaigns in phases — pre-release, launch, and sustain — and we run them ourselves. Every pitch to DSP editorial is written for the specific playlist and context. Nothing is spray-and-pray.

03 / Creative

Creative Direction.

The visual identity of a record is as deliberate as the music. We work with a small group of collaborators — photographers, directors, designers — and we assign one creative director per artist who stays across the full catalog arc.

04 / Rights

Rights & Metadata.

Artists on our roster own their masters. We handle the operational side — registrations, ISRC assignments, split sheet administration, PRO filings — so the creative side stays clear. Sync is pitched directly through our own relationships.

We sign three artists at a time. When a slot opens, we run the Force Test — our formal A&R evaluation program.
