In PracticeHow each discipline actually works
01 / A&R
Artist Development.
Every artist on the roster has a dedicated A&R relationship built over years, not project cycles. We attend sessions, we hear the demos, we know what the record is supposed to be before the first note is cut for real.
02 / Release
Release Strategy.
We design campaigns in phases — pre-release, launch, and sustain — and we run them ourselves. Every pitch to DSP editorial is written for the specific playlist and context. Nothing is spray-and-pray.
03 / Creative
Creative Direction.
The visual identity of a record is as deliberate as the music. We work with a small group of collaborators — photographers, directors, designers — and we assign one creative director per artist who stays across the full catalog arc.
04 / Rights
Rights & Metadata.
Artists on our roster own their masters. We handle the operational side — registrations, ISRC assignments, split sheet administration, PRO filings — so the creative side stays clear. Sync is pitched directly through our own relationships.
